Mr. Norio Komoda is a pioneer in the creation and development of the ITS industry in both Japan and the U.S. Mr. Komoda’s career spans over 30 years of accomplishments in conceiving and directing the development of leading edge in- vehicle electronic information and control systems and the entire new model planning and development process for Toyota.
Mr. Komoda is now offering international research and consulting services on ITS and Automotive Systems to public and private sector clients in the U.S. and Japan.

Mr. Komoda is an independent consultant with extensive cross-cultural experience who is able to form cooperative consultation and research groups with American and Japanese associates with whom he collaborated during his long and distinguished career in ITS automotive systems. Mr. Komoda’s current clients include the Japanese Government and private companies in Japan and the U.S.

Mr. Komoda is the President of the Sakura Associates LLC in CA, USA and the Sakura Enterprise Corporation in Japan.
